I'm writing to you in regards to Central Display ltd. 25th anniversary which we are celebrating this year. Upon reflection, the success that we have enjoyed in the last 1/4 century is due in no small part to services of our corporate partners. Our mandate to provide timely error free competitive service in a market where the only two tangible differences are pricing and service sets the bar pretty high for us and the companies that we choose as service partners.

With Winnipeg the hub of North America, the trade shows and special events that are hosted here provide the perfect environment for logistical mayhem. With Service Plus as our brokerage service partner, the problems are invisible, we and our clients really unaware of all of the challenges that the Team at Service Plus encounter and solve. This has never been more apparent than our last Trans Border shipment. As a Canadian Company providing specialized exhibit services for clients at US trade shows where homeland security has reached an all time zenith, finding myself at the border with documentation for time sensitive trade show material that for what ever reason is held up at the border pending US Customs approval is not a stress free situation. If it was not for your knowledge of the system, your contacts with US Customs, your ability to somehow utilize all of the tools that you have at your disposal in a timely and expedient fashion, I would not of been in a position to provide show services for that client. They have no Idea how close they were to not having a corporate presence at that show, a situation that would have gravely affected our reputation and possibly lost us that client. Having spent time in your office and being able to see you at work, privy to your phone calls, the onslaught of emails & faxes, I understand that this is what you do.
