It was truly a pleasure working with you on the 2007 BICSI Canadian Conference this last March. The Expo Group was very pleased with the Customs Service you provided for our exhibitors and more importantly Show Management. This being my first show in Canada and the first time we have partnered with your company, all I heard were stories of freight getting tied up with customs and how detrimental it can be when the right steps aren't followed. As you may know, freight can be quite a hassle for exhibitors and for us when it doesn't arrive at show site as planned. Little did I know that I had nothing to worry about and that every piece of freight would be accounted for on our show. Your approach to business is very similar to that of The Expo Group in making sure the customer comes first and is always happy. The level of service you provided for us was more than we could have expected when comparing it to other customs brokers we have used in the past.

Finding a solid company to partner with is never easy and there are always questions that you would like to have answers to beforehand, but until you have seen the proven results of the service provided, do you get your answers.
