Instrument Data Communications Pty Ltd specializes in technical training for engineers and technicians on a worldwide basis.

IDC utilizes the services of Bob Hobson and Service Plus for the organisation of temporary import and export documentation and freight services for its technical equipment into Canada. This equipment is used for demonstration purposes on our engineering training workshops which are run throughout Canada each year.

The procedure before using Service Plus was tiresome and lengthy. However, since discovering Service Plus, IDC has not experienced any difficulties with import and export clearance. Our equipment has arrived at its destination on time, every time.

Service Plus has at all times provided IDC with the highest standard of service, something which we have never experienced with any other customs clearance agents. I highly recommend Service Plus and feel that if you choose any other agent, then you are choosing second best.
